Why do you want to candidate in RSU SU Council elections?

I was unsure whether or not to apply since I am only in 6th Semester, but then I thought to myself, it doesn’t matter in which semester you are, you just have to be willing to help. We are all here to achieve a common purpose and that is to essentially help people further on in our career. I feel that RSU SU council provides this platform as a way for us to get involved in the academic, cultural and sport aspects of other students who attend this university. It would be my honor to represent my fellow students in SU.

One thing that should absolutely be introduced in our university?

We study at an international university with so many students from all over the world including Latvia. It would be great if we have even more integration with the Latvian students than we currently have, because I think there is so much we can learn from each other. As international students we are studying parallel to Latvian students and I feel it would be great if we do more activities together.

What kind of a Union member will you be?

I am able to work independently or as a team depending on the topic at hand.
I try to help others to my best capability and SU also provides a platform to meet new people.
