The Head of Internal collaboration and human resources works in the interests of all students, follows the university news, regulatory enactments, reports on changes in them, as well as advises students on various issues within their competence. Implements various projects aimed at the quality of RSU students' studies and free time. 

Main job duties are: to take care of the continuous attraction of new members/activists to the SU by organizing various educational activities and seminars, constantly assess the situation in the internal communication of the Board and the Council - if necessary, organize feedback sessions, motivation seminars, ensuring a peaceful solution of mutual conflicts and disagreements etc.
