Riga Stradins University Student union Aid for Competence Development of RSU SU Representatives is established to financially support Riga Stradiņs University Student union representatives in personal competence development projects and non-formal education.
Competence building projects are any lectures, seminars or classes that develop a persons skills, for example - lectures on how to motivate, unite, build a team, self-development classes, etc.
Any student who has put his or her hand in creating an event or is a student representative in a commission or decision-making body and will provide feedback informing other RSU SU representatives about what they have learned at the event can apply for support.
