Nominating
This is the right moment to express gratitude for the investment to the most important people and brightest events in 2021. Any RSU student can apply anyone by completing the attached form. The descriptions of the nominations can be found below. Nominees can apply until April 2. Before submitting nominees, please read the RSU SU Annual Award regulation.
Descriptions of nominations:
- Growth of the year
The award in the nomination "Growth of the year" is presented for the significant growth of RSU SU activist, council or board member during the previous year which has helped and affected any RSU student.
- Horseshoe of the year
The nomination "Horseshoe of the year" allows honoring an activity, event, or project that has had a positive impact on RSU students, has promoted the visibility of RSU SU, educated students, or raised their competencies.
- Ex-board member of the year
Ex-board members of the RSU SU are people who despite the fact that they have already finished their studies continue to support new RSU SU members. The nomination "Ex-board member of the year" expresses gratitude to the ex-board member who has made the most significant contribution during the year to the development and growth of RSU SU and RSU students.
- Friend of the year
Friend of the year is a person, another union, organization, or RSU unit that has supported and positively influenced the image and functioning of RSU SU during the year.
- Supporter of the year
No RSU SU event would be imagined without its supporters. The nomination "Supporter of the year" allows expressing gratitude to a physical or juridical person who has materially supported RSU SP over the past year.
- Issue of the year
Although the Annual Award of the RSU SU expresses gratitude to people, events, and companies that have had a positive impact on RSU SU, there is a bitter drop in every good and pleasant thing. The nomination "Issue of the year" rewards a situation or event that has affected students but has not contributed to development in questions related to higher education.
- Scientific student interest group of the year
Higher education without science is not higher education. Therefore, scientific groups always go with science. "Scientific student interest group of the year" is an award presented to the scientific group of RSU who has made a significant contribution to scientific activity in the previous year.
- Activist of the year
Every successful organization is based on people who do and help without expecting anything in return and receive experience and knowledge as a reward. In the Student Union, these people are activists. "Activist of the year" is an award anyone would have earned, yet it is handed out to the most active and most helpful RSU SU activist.
- Inspiration of the year
In order to make the steps as thoughtful and successful as possible, inspiration is needed to keep working. The nomination "Inspiration of the year" honors a person or project that has encouraged or motivated the current or future members of the RSU SU.
- Innovation of the year
Innovation is a solution, a novelty, or an improvement. It is an innovation that promotes the development and the emergence of new ideas. The nomination "Innovation of the year" allows expressing gratitude to the innovations that have developed and improved RSU SU.
- Snail of the year
The nomination, which has been newly created this year. There are times when all the work goes hand in hand and everything succeeds. However, there are times when the work does not go ahead completely because of internal and external circumstances. "Snail of the year" is an event or work of the RSU SU that has stopped in its development for too long. RSU SU works that have been initiated for at least 2 years and have failed to find a successful solution may be nominated in this nomination.
