At the Riga Maternity Hospital, you must first contact the main midwife, Vija Bathena (tel. No. 67011335).
Going to her:

• The student needs a copy of the student ID card
• Research protocol
• An Application Form will be issued on site for completion
• Once agreed, you will be informed when to pick up the permit: the original will remain with Vija Bathena, but a copy will be given to the student.
• Then, as needed, contact the Archives or Medical Statistics contacts.

Archive

Activities in the archive must be agreed in advance by calling 20288036.

It is allowed to work in the archive:

• Tuesdays, 09:00 – 11:00

• Wednesdays, 13:00 – 15:00

Cabinet of Medical Statistics

The action must be agreed in advance by calling 67011328.

It is allowed to work in the office:

• Mondays, 10:00 – 15:00

• Tuesdays, 10:00 – 15:00
