By submitting a written complaint to the Student Service (Dzirciema Street 16, K-100)!

2. IN THE COMPLAINT OR SUGGESTION INDICATE:
Your name, surname (optional);
The faculty, program, year of study, study course and lecturer for which you are writing a complaint or suggestion;
Briefly and specifically describe the problem related to the program, study course or lecturer!
3. THE COMPLAINT OR SUGGESTION IS SUBMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT
4.IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES PLANNED IN THE DEPARTMENT TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM, CONTACT THE STUDENT SERVICE OR THE STUDENT UNION!

A complaint or suggestion may be submitted in written form or orally.
