In order to conduct research in the hospital, you must receive written approval from the board member Modris Ciems, so if you plan to conduct research at VSIA "Traumatology and Orthopedics Hospital" - please contact M.Ciems electronically by sending an application to the e-mail address: modris.ciems @tos.lv

• The study application form must be completed electronically by entering all the required information in the gray fields..
• If the information is not available, a dash "-" should be left. Nothing can be deleted from the form. Only the gray fields are intended for recording, only the required ones should be written in them.
• Please read the description of the hospital process for research, i.e. the procedures for conducting research in the Hospital.

Please note that after the written approval of the Hospital Research Manager, the research application documents will be submitted for the opinion of the Hospital Ethics Commission. The processing of the application can take up to 6 working days.
