In order to receive a hospital permit for a study, the researcher submits to the Education and Science Department a completed electronic and paper format:

• Research application.
• Research  protocol.
• Approval of the Ethics Committee.
• Informed consent of the patient to participate in the study and data processing (transfer) to the study.

The required documents must be prepared and submitted in paper format and electronically to petijumibkus[pnkts]lv (petijumi[at]bkus[dot]lv).
