Science Month
Science month 2022 is an annual RSU SU organised project in which the main goal is to encourage students to get to know and discover the innovative side of science. This year the main topic is “Disaster medicine” and it will take place in the month of October. All month long any science enthusiast will be able to participate in any or all of the four events.
Lectures (5th October)
In the first event of Science month 2022 both the local and international students will be able to listen to a lecture on a topic of disaster medicine. On the 5th of October there will be 2 lectures that will be held in English. In one of the lectures a lector from Estonia will be sharing his experience and in the other lecture- emergency medicine doctor from Germany.
Virtual Reality (12th October at 17.00)
If you want to expand your skills and knowledge in an interesting way then this event is for you. All participants of this event will be able to explore the world of virtual reality with the main goal of rescuing people in disaster situations.
Workshops (17th–19th October)
Develop your practical skills by choosing and participating in different workshops!
On the 17th and 18th of October in workshops in collaboration with METC you will be able to develop your practical skills with the help of cardiology, surgery, neurosurgery, emergency medicine and reanimatology specialist help. But on the 19th of October you will be able to participate in RTU organised workshops where the goal is to get to know our collaboration university.
Closing event–panel discussion (26th October at 18.00)
