Cohesion event with the School of Business and Finances

Covid - 19 pandemic time, when there is a lack of physical contact with people, is clearly a difficult and depressing period for many students. Despite this, on March 5, a unifying event was organized on the Zoom platform of the SU Board of Rīga Stradiņš university and School of Business and Finances.

The essence of the unifying activities of inter-university SU’s is not only to get to know people better, to promote mutual cooperation and expansion of personal contacts, but also to search for new ideas and solutions that can be borrowed from another Student Union and integrated into your university. This can be called an interactive exchange of experiences between departments.

This was the first event of its kind to take place in a remote environment, with the aim of understanding the potential future cooperation and also connecting with new people in parallel. A large part of the evening was spent playing cohesive games in different teams - both within their Board and in mixed teams to promote mutual cooperation.

Of course, the event was not only entertaining, but also exploratory: there was an opportunity to talk to representatives of specific directions from both Boards about current issues in their universities, solutions to similar problems and possibly future common goals.
