From February 6-10th, the Rīga Stradiņš University Student Union (hereinafter - RSU SU), in cooperation with the RSU International Student Association (hereinafter - ISA), implemented the Integration Week events, the purpose of which was to introduce Latvian and foreign students of the university to each other's cultures, creating a unifying feeling among students.

From February 6th to 7th, Workshop Days took place in the foyer of RSU, where students from Asian countries, Italy, the USA, Portugal, Iran, and Latvia introduced their culture, traditions, history and other aspects of their countries to those interested. The most active ones also took part in tasks, for the completion of which there was a chance to win small prizes.

On February 9th, the National Food and Music Day took place at the RSU Medical Education Technology Centre, where 15 participants prepared appetizers, main dishes and desserts of different cultures during the evening, while listening to hits from various countries. After preparing the dishes, everyone present had a joint dinner at the big table, appreciating what everyone had prepared.

On the evening of February 10th, Latvian and international students gathered at the RSU SU Student House in Palasta Street 3, where they participated in fun get-to-know activities and divided into teams consisting of representatives of different cultures to go on an orientation game through Old Riga. Each of the teams had to walk through ten checkpoints, where they faced exciting challenges - from solving puzzles to translating Latvian songs into English. After the checkpoints, the participants gathered again in the Student House, where appreciation awards were given. Finally, students had the opportunity to have a snack, relax and talk in a free atmosphere.
