At the RSU SU Board meeting on 21st March, the procedure regarding the use of the support funding “Support for students in situations of force majeure” was approved.

Any active RSU student who needs financial or other support due to force majeure, i.e. to relieve the consequences of circumstances that could not be rationally foreseen in advance, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc. is eligible for it.

In order to apply for the Support Fund, the applicant must submit a written application to the RSU SU Board, describing the situation and indicating the type of support required, such as financial, material, etc., as well as the needed amount of support.

The amount of support can be up to 500 EUR and a student can apply for it no more than twice. The Applicant's application is reviewed by the RSU SU Board no later than two weeks after receiving the application, and after the following Board meeting, the Applicant will be notified of the Board's decision within two working days and what further action to receive the support should be taken.
